ZSK Technical Embroidery Systems is a Division of ZSK Stickmaschinen GmbH, which is the leading German manufacturer of industrial embroidery machines „Made in Germany”. ZSK Technical Embroidery Systems provides different embroidery technologies, which enable through their typical individual characteristics a wide scope of products, applications and methodical procedures.
ZSK Technical Embroidery Systems allow for example the free orientated laying of fibers and wires in a 2-dimensional space on flexible carrier material, even accordingly to the requirements of Tailored Fiber Placement. Other technical embroidery technologies can be used to embroider conductive threads or to produce voluminous surfaces, which are qualified for e.g. electrical sensors. With innovative applications like active wire and fiber supply systems, automatic pull-through systems for the carrier material or wire hit detection ZSK TECHNICAL EMBROIDERY SYSTEMS achieve a top level of automatization and efficiency.
ZSK Technical Embroidery Systems will show a one-head technical embroidery system of the J-series which is designed for the laying and fixing of different media on textile and/or flexible carrier material. At this machine, one of the most accurate and efficient production methods processes media like wires, tubes or fibers as Carbon or Aramid.
The outstanding advantage of ZSK Technical Embroidery Systems is the absolutely free and flexible laying of the media at the 2-dimensional level of the carrier material. The laying is limited only by the physical characteristic of the media.
At a ZSK embroidery machine of the SPRINT series, ZSK Technical Embroidery Systems will show the placing and fixing of so-called Functional Sequins and the automatized connection with a conductive yarn. Further exhibits are planned.
